DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA),  Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, seeks to engage interested Consulting firms  for redesigning of the Library building to reflect the synergy between "Connection" and "Collection", engaging lecture  theatres, socializing spaces and similar uses that prompt collegiality among professionals. 

The Basic objective of the design exercise is to provide interior design for designated interior spaces including selection of most appropriate furniture, lighting, color and interior decoration which will correspond to the functions of the respective spaces in the library. 

The consultant would recommend the best and most feasible way for ECA's library services to support the re-profiled ECA,both its physical space and its holdings. 

Interested firms will be invited to the tender by  “RFP” at a later stage.
