Project description and sector

On Call Base ICT Technical Support Service

1. Providing Technical support service both for client and server side.
2. Installation of any engineering changes required to improve  the serviceability, performance and/or safety of the ICT equipment
3. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting clients machines (Windows, Linux)
4. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting Servers (Windows, Linux)
5. Maintaining of networks and computers
6. Installation of electric power and network infrastructure in GIZ Offices
7. Installation and configurations of Telephone systems
8. Installation and configurations of Air Conditioner systems 

Personnel: Specification of inputs and necessary qualifications

• Registered Consulting firm
• Strong credentials and previous experience  on client side support, Telephone and server installation and configuration
• Equipped with qualified personnel in the area
