DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS

United Nations Economic Commission for Africa hereby seeks a contractor which will undertake the supply, installation and commissioning of High Resolution Video Projectors and High Resolution Presentation Computers for large conference rooms.

Vendors who express their interest will be invited to participate in a tender through a Request for Proposal (RFP). This tender will envisage the selection of a single firm to undertake the above-mentioned works. The detailed specification of the works will be contained in the RFP which will be sent at a later stage.

Please note that UNECA is precluded from entering into contract with a firm that is not fully registered with UNECA. Those interested in responding to this invitation but not currently fully registered as vendors with UNECA, are encouraged to register before submission of the bid.
