UNICEF Ethiopia Office is seeking Request for Proposal to – Establish a Long term arrangement (LTA) for provision of Office Machine Maintenance (HP Printers) Ethiopia Country office Main Office, Oromia and AULO Offices- (for period of 24+12 months) 

Background: UNICEF has deployed many HP Printers in its main Office (in Addis Ababa) and Zonal/ regional offices, and is seeking the services of qualified companies that could provide maintenance and repair services for HP printers (both old and new Models. 

Objectives. The objectives of the service is to provide office equipment maintenances services for HP printers. 

Minimum Requirements for the service provider

a)       The contractor should be licensed for such works and registered with the concerned authorities

b)       The supplier should be certified by HP Global head office to conduct maintenance and repair of all HP Printers and specifically the models owned by and operated by UNICEF.

c)       The supplier should have at least there years of experience in the provision of the office equipment maintenance and should provide accreditations from its current and/or past client.

d)       The contractor should specify the SLA time limits

1. For deployment of appropriate staff to the site and
2. Time limits for off-site repairs
