1. Topic: UNICEF Ethiopia Office is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP)  – To establish a long term agreement (LTA) for provision of data and voice network support for the new unified communication system implemented in Ethiopia Country office , Oromia and AULO Office -  ( for 24+12months) 

2. Background: UNICEF Ethiopia has implemented an enterprise grade data and voice network using the latest unified Communication system to deliver a reliable data and voice connectivity to users in the new office facility. Currently, the network is managed by the local staffs which have limited technical capacity and knowledge; therefore in order to minimize the downtime in terms of any system or hardware failure, this maintenance support proposal is developed. 

3. Objectives. The main objective of this contract is have a second level technical support for the unified communication system in the new office Facility, to give assistance in replacement of faulty devices and to have technical support in terms of system and hardware network upgrade. 

Minimum Requirements for the service provider 

• Should have Expert level technical capacity in solving incidents.
• Should be Gold Cisco Partner.
• Should have a previous experience in conducting similar projects.
