Invitation to Bid- (ITB -ETH- 2015 – 9117292) 

1. Topic: To establish an (LTA) Long Term Arrangement for 24 months + 12 months for provision of technical services, installation and maintenance works of generator at AAO & Zonal Offices (Mekelle, Bahirdar, Gambella, Assosa, Afar, Hawassa, Jijiga and Gode).

2. Background:

UNICEF Ethiopia is seeking for the services of Qualified Company which could provide installation and maintenance of generators to its Addis Ababa main office and Zonal offices located at Mekele, Bahir Dar, Gambella, Asossa, Afar, Awassa, Jijiga and Gode.

3. Objective:

The objective of the service in the above field / outreach office is to provide installation and maintenance of generator. 

4. Experience and qualification:

a)      The Contractor should be licensed for such works and registered with concerned     authorities.

b)      The Supplier should have at least five years of experience in the provision of installation and maintenance of electrical and network systems, and should provide accreditations from its current and / or past clients.

c)      The contractor should deploy appropriate staff all the time.

d)     The Service provider should take responsibility for the breakage and damage of UNICEF property due to the negligence of the staff deployed by him / her.
