1.1. Summary of the Works:

The Compound fence is generally a composite of differently shaped sandstones (Ambo Stone) and the work required is to elevate the height of the fence to an elevation of 2.00 – 2.30 meters.

The work mainly consists of but not limited to:
 Dismantling the steel fence and capping stones from the fence
 Construction of grade beam and Reinforced columns on top of the old fence
 Construction of sandstone extension wall
 Reinstalling the steel fence and capping stones

1.2. Period of completion: 10 calendar days

5.2(e). The Joint Venture Agreement shall, as a minimum, show a joint and several liability clause, the proposed administrative arrangements for the management and execution of the project, the duties, responsibilities and share of each partner, the authorized representative of the joint venture shall also be included, the JV agreement shall be authenticated by a Notary Public.

9.1. In addition to the list of Bidding Documents the following documents shall be available for inspection by Bidders, at the offices of German Development Cooperation Office (GDCO):
