Deutsche GesellschaftfürInternationaleZusammenarbeit (GIZ) invites interested suppliers to bid for the supply of Standard Weights and Provers.

Special conditions:-

• Detailed specifications of the offered product by the companies is highly required
• Suppliers should provide copies of TIN, VAT and business registration certificates that have all been renewed for the year 2006 E.C. 
• CPO OR Bank Guarantee with the value of 5% of the total offer must be included in the bid document.
• Latest delivery date of the material must be clearly stated.
• Price & specifications offer should be sealed in an envelope and being submitted to GIZ Office personally. Tender No 91083659, should be labeled on the outside.
• Retrieved specifications & price offers of the bidders will be opened publicly on 10, 2014,16:00, GIZ Office.
• The validity period of the bids should be at least thirty (30) days following the deadline of tender submission.
• Winning bidder will be communicated by the office;
• Before bulk delivery, sample instruments should be delivered for technical checking.
• Suppliers should be willing to deliver the Instruments to GIZ Office against our Firm Order.
• Payment shall be settled after full delivery is done and materials are proven by GIZ Experts..
• Deadline for the submission of offers is Nov 07, 2014, 16:00 hr. No offer will be accepted after this time.
• The GIZ Office, Addis Ababa reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers.
