Deutsche Gesellschaftfür Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) invites interested suppliers to bid for the supply of Professional Laboratory Benches, Cabinets, Shelves and Sinks, in the capacity building support to ECAE through GIZ/NQI.

Required minimum specifications of the items:

Special conditions:-

• Detailed specifications of the offered product is highly required
• Specifications & Financial offers should be presented in a separate envelops.
• CPO for 5% of the total bid value should be included in the bid document.
• Suppliers should provide TIN, VAT and business registration that have all been renewed for the year 2006 E.C. 
• Latest delivery date must be stated.
• Suppliers should state if they do the installations on site.
• Deadline for the announcement & submission of offers is 12 Sept. 2014, 16:00 h
• Retrieved bids will be publicly opened at GIZ Office hall, on 15 Sept, 2014, 16:00h
• Suppliers should strictly adhere to the above mentioned specifications.
• The GIZ Office, Addis Ababa reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid.
