Minimum specifications

• Professional type coffee machine, which can serve for 80 and over people per day. (With original Italian pump, flow meter, solenoid valve & Copper boiler
• Stainless steel front and top panel / Toasted powder coating.
• In-built rotary pump with balanced by-pass.
• Dual boiler system / Steam generator and coffee brewing separated.
• Automatic controlled system.
• Continuous delivery push-button.
• Electric heating with safety thermostat.
• Steady 9 bar coffee brewing, 90.5°C temperature.
• 2 group: 2 steam outlet, 2 coffee brewing holder, 1 water outlet.
• Group with pre-infusion chamber for the best extraction of coffee
• Overheating protection system, over pressure protection system.

• Suppliers should also provide after sales technical support & maintenance
• Suppliers should provide TIN, VAT and business registration that have all been renewed for the year 2006 E.C.
