Project description and sector(up to three relevant areas can be specified for the reference projects of the expression of interest)

ECAE has a plan to introduce in detail on a mass media 

what services the company has been doing and how to expand the services it in collaboration with the third parties 

Personnel: Specification of inputs and necessary qualifications

• Has relevant experience in video production 

• Should be a legally registered firm 

• Needs to provide sample work as a soft copy 

• develop scripts (based on message to be provided by ECAE)
• develop message transmission techniques/ideas (such as dialogue, theatrical, musical or any other creative and artistic form),
• shoot necessary filming ensuring all ECAE operational areas

• High quality video graphics and audio. 

• 20 minutes production for each department activities 
• The production will be provided with DVD
