Medecins Sans Frontieres – Spain (MSF-Spain) is an international medical humanitarian non-profit independent NGO aiming to provide medical and humanitarian relief to populations in distress without discrimination and provides emergency medical assistance in different regions of Ethiopia.
In order to implement our emergency relief operations in different part of the country, MSF Spain is seeking for competent and reliable bidder which fulfills our needs as a customs clearing agent.
Service user place of services: For both local & international Freights
Criteria 1: Bidders should furnish Customs clearing business related legitimate documents including:
- TIN registration certificate
- VAT registration certificate
- Renewed Trade License
- And other customs clearing service supporting documents
Criteria 2. Bidders will be evaluated based on the criteria’s mentioned in the bid documents.
Any question or explanations sought in this respect shall be submitted in writing and forwarded to MSF Spain through below addresses at least one day before the closing date. MSF Spain will not entertain any questions coming after the closing date.
Late submission after the deadline will be rejected.
Details of the bid document can be collected from MSF Spain coordination office, starting from 25th of May 2018 Till 1st of June 2018. During office hours (08.00am-12:00pm to 1:30pm-05:00pm Monday to Friday, Excluding Saturday & Sunday. Duration for the applicants to submit their sealed bids is from 04th – 07th of June 2018 till 11:30AM morning.
Tender opening will be done on 07th of June 2018 at 1:30PM in afternoon at MSF Spain Central Office.

Please Note that:
MSF Spain, reserves the right to reject any part or all the bids. All Bid documents submitted must be put in Sealed envelope, clearly marked by “bidders name, address, legal Stamp and name of the Tender: “INVITATION TO BID FOR CUSTOMS CLEARING AGENT and submit their technical and financial document in one (1) original and One (1) copy, in different envelopes separately to MSF Spain to the address stated above.
