INVITATION TO BID (ITB– S&L- 2018 – 9138042)

Topic- UNICEF (Ethiopia) wishes to request eligible bidders to participate in Invitation to Bid for provision of– “To stablish LTA for provision of Photocopy, Printing service, Spiral binding, and Laminating and document reorganization services to UNICEF Addis Ababa office." (One year plus one year).

Details of the requirements for this bid and eligibility criteria etc. can be found in the ITB.

Interested and eligible bidders from Local Companies are invited to collect the complete bid documents by sending an email to Mr. Sisay Teferi (steferi@unicef.org) or Mr. Deresse Damte (ddamte@unicef.org ). While sending your request for ITB, please ensure that you specify the ITB number in the subject email, provide the name of the company, contact person, email and mobile number are provided without this information the ITB will not be shared by return email.

ITB can be received starting on Thursday 1^st March 2018.  The due date for submission of proposals to UNICEF Ethiopia Office, Addis Ababa is on or before 10:00 am (East African Time) 14^th March 2018 (Wednesday).  Please read the ITB and the annexes for detailed requirements and due dates.
