DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia hereby seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced vendors with valid license to supply 120 inch LED Smart TV. The specific requirements of the 120 inch LED Smart TV are
 *Video:: Class size 120'' ; Screen size (Diag)120''; Backlight Type Full -Array LED; Local Dimming Zones; Active LED Zones; Resolution 3840x2160 (Ultra HD); Effective Refresh Rate 240Hz;Aspect Ratio 16:9;Dynamic Contrast Ratio 100 Million to 1 ;number of colors 1.07Billion; OSD Language English, Spanish, French.
 *Smart TV: VIA (VIZIO Internet Apps); Built in Wi-fi;802.11ac Dual Band
 *Inputs: HDMI Ports 5 2 side; Component; Composite; TV Turner; Ethernet; USB ports
 *Outputs:Analog Audio Out; Digital Audio Out (SPDIF)
 * Additional features: Remote control XRT500;USB Music; USD photo; USB Video; Roof mount accessories; Product weight 200Kg.

Vendors who express their interest will be invited to participate in a tender through Invitation To Bid (ITB). This tender will envisage the selection of individual/firm to undertake the above mentioned services within the described specifications that are detailed in the ITB.

UNECA is precluded from entering into a contract with vendor that is not fully registered with United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM) and not obtained UN Global Market Place (UNGM) Vendor ID Number. Thus, only those vendors who are registered or provisionally registered or have started their registration process in UNGM will be eligible to receive the solicitation document-ITB. (Use the following site to be registered at UNGM website : https://www.ungm.org).

Those interested vendors who fulfill the above requirements are required to submit the Completed Vendor Response Form using the above mentioned e-mail address on or before 21 Sep't 2017.
