Project description and sector

To develop a service catalogue for its regular main business processes. The service catalogue will comprise a detailed description of the services the office provides. Basic service information for each core and sub core service shall be developed. As an integral part of the service catalogue, procedures, process flow, descriptions of process steps, different template and relevant documents shall be established.

Personnel: Specification of inputs and necessary qualifications

• Consultant with at least five year experience in consulting/training services for Implementation of Service Catalogue or QMS.

• Excellent negotiation skills and good knowledge of IT Infrastructure that are involved in the development of the Service Catalogue.

• A post graduate degree in a technical discipline preferably in organizational development, business administration or related fields.

• Excellent facilitation and interpersonal and writing skills.
