Invitation for Expression of Interest (EoI) for Construction of UNICEF Gambella Office and Guest House in Gambella Town
To Register for Review and Pre-Qualification as Potential Contractors to UNICEF in Ethiopia

The United Children’s Fund (UNICEF) invite Contractors to Submit Expression of Interest (EoI) for the Construction of UNICEF Gambella site office and guest house in Gambella town.
To respond to this Eol, all interested General/Building contractors are invited to submit a letter in English expressing their interest for registration and evaluation. Interested General/ Building contractors of Grade-5 and above will be required to submit the documents listed below. The contractors will be assessed and qualified for registration based on the completeness of valid documents submitted.

• Construction Experiences Reference (include details of similar projects, value of completed work, date of completion etc)
• Audited Financial Statement and One Year Bank Statement (include financial status/review);
• Staff qualification and Experience (include Resumes of key personnel)
• Organizational Structure
• Resources
• Standard Statutory and Methodology
• Quality Control Program
• Safety Policy Statement/Record
• Membership Affiliation:

Well-established companies with excellent construction capacities and experience with reputable clients are encouraged to register as potential construction contractors.

UNICEF fully reserves the right to accept or reject registration.

The Complete documents must be submitted in hard copy and soft copy no later than 22th May 2017 10:00 am
Both the soft copy in two CDs and the hardcopy shall be submitted duplicate and all envelopes shall indicate the bidder’s name and address.

The UNECA security rules requires 36 hours ‘advance notice’ to be given by visitor, therefore please notify the Supply Section by email: ETH-Reception-Desk@unicef.org providing the name of the person who will be submitting the bid and the proposed date of arrival.
