SALE FOR USED OFFICE FURNITURE AND DIFFERENT EQUIPMENT'S

UNICEF Ethiopia has the following Used Office Furniture and Different Equipment for sale:

• Tyres (Dunlop, Michelin, Pirelli, Toyo….)
• Generator (COELMO)
• Forklift
• Electronic Materials (Laptop, Scanners, & photocopy machines)
• Others (Notice Boards, White Boards, Shelf back boards (different size), Shelf stairs (different size), Table legs (different size), Keyboards - for computers and etc.)
• Scrapes (Furniture, Flip Chart, Notice Board…etc)

ALL Equipment samples will be available for viewing at UNICEF Kality Warehouse, on the Road to Debrezeit in front of Total Fuel Station, on the turn to the Building of Kafdem Cinema, Viewing dates is from May 2-4, 2017, from 9:30am- 3:30pm (excluding 1 hour lunch time 12:30-1:30)

Bidders should observe the following in their bidding process:

1. All Equipment samples will be available for viewing at UNICEF Kality Warehouse, on the Road to Debrezeit in front of Total Fuel Station, on the turn to the Building of Kafdem Cinema, Viewing dates is from - May 2-4, 2017, during working hours.

• Bidders can buy bid documents at the same viewing place & time by paying Birr 50 on the Viewing dates mentioned above in Kality.

2. Bidders shall only use UNICEF bid documents to submit their offers. Bid offers submitted in any other formats will be disqualified.

3. Bidders may check the physical condition of the items available for display during the viewing dates mentioned above. All items will be sold “as-is-where-is” basis (as specified in a bid document).

4. UNICEF reserves its right to proceed or cancel this bid in partial or in all.

5. Government taxes, dues and title transfer fees (if any), on items for sale will be covered by buyers, if any.

6. Bidders should write on the sealed offer envelope, their full address including their land and cell phone numbers.

7. Bid offer documents should be submitted to UNICEF ICC warehouse at Lancha infront of Concord hotel (around the police station) during working hours from May 8-10, 2017 and Bid winners will be notified when bid analysis and result are complete through their contact address.

Bid offers will be placed with UNICEF ICC warehouse at Lanchia in front of Concord hotel (around the police station) with sealed envelope marked “BID FOR USED OFFICE FURNITURE AND DIFFERENT EQUIPMENTS”, from May 2-4, 2017.
