The objectives of these trainings is to increase capacities of the GIZ staff

1. CONTRACTUAL DETAILS OF THE REQUIRED FRAMWORK TO PROVIDE TRAININGS

2. DETAILS OF THE PROJECT

Project Overview

GIZ Office, Ethiopia will organize training activities to its staff members of difference capacities.
These trainings are triggered to build the GIZ Staff skills and to ensure existing staff fully understand the professional approach towards executing their respective responsibilities within the GIZ.

Provided that the GIZ will be able to positively achieve the following:

Continued availability of human resource talent (in the right quantity and quality) needed for current and future activities

1. Effective and efficient talent/leadership utilization and management
2. Development and maintenance of high employee morale
3. Long term retention of talents
4. Compliance with good corporate governance

OBJECTIVE TO BE FOCUSED BY THE FACILITATOR:

Building capacity is increasing the knowledge and skills of individuals within the GIZ Office, Programs and Projects, through the provision of skills upgrading trainings.
Therefore, GIZ Ethiopia wants to set up a two year framework agreement with training Institute, which can deliver trainings to its employee. The type of trainings will be changed every six months.

Therefore, GIZ invites interested training institute to deliver the trainings according to its plan and schedule.

Please see the following first six month training schedule, which we need to take place as a startup during the first six months
1. Effective Project Planning & Project Management,
Target Groups: - Managers, Senior Advisors, Experts, Senior Officers and Office Managers.
2. Defensive Driving & Drivers mechanical knowledge
Target Groups: - New Drivers as GIZ Employees.
3. Basic Vehicles Maintenance services introductions
Target Groups: - Drivers who had previous trainings on Defensive Trainings
4. Knowledge Management Trainings
Target Groups: - Public Relation & Knowledge Management Staff members.
5. Stress Management trainings
Target Groups: - All staff members.
 Required skills and experience of the Capacity Building

Institution:
1. The trainers must have acceptable years of experience on the field.
2. Extensive experience in training communication, presentation and negotiation and leadership skills.
3. Experience in facilitating training within the country, which should be testified with testimonials.
4. Must be have multicultural exposure in delivering training and facilitation in different professional trends
5. Must have exposure & facilitating and running work shops
6. Must possess cross cultural skills
