Topic- UNICEF (Ethiopia) wishes to request eligible bidders to participate in a Request for Proposal – to “Develop and roll out an evidence informed behavior change communication strategy with key messages and tools for child protection programme in Ethiopia”. (Duration- 8 Months)

RFP can be received starting on Monday 29-Aug-2016.  The due date for submission of proposals to UNICEF Ethiopia Office, Addis Ababa is on or before 10:00 am (East African Time) Monday 19-Sep- 2016.  Please read the RFP and the annexes for detailed requirements and due dates.

Please quote the RFP nr. 9127263 in all your correspondences. Due to the nature of the bid, there will be no bid public opening for this offer. UNICEF reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of any or all bids.
