REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP–S&L-2016–9126943)

Topic-  UNICEF (Ethiopia) wishes to request eligible bidders to participate in a Request for Proposal – to establish a Long Term Arrangements(LTA) (for 12 +12 months) for the communication development services – “Development of evidence based communication strategy, content, training packages, IEC/BCC materials and roll out of specific communication initiatives including training and promotional campaigns on a range of Health, Nutrition, WASH, Education and Child Protection priority issues in development and emergency programmes”.

Interested and eligible bidders from local companies are invited to collect the complete bid documents by sending an email to Mrs. Mekdes Woudneh (mwoudneh@unicef.org) or Mr. Deresse Damte (ddamte@unicef.org ).  While sending your request for RFP, please ensure that you specify the RFP number in the subject email, provide the name of the company, contact person, email and mobile number are provided without this information the RFP will not be shared by return email.

RFP can be received starting on Monday 22-Aug-2016.  The due date for submission of proposals to UNICEF Ethiopia Office, Addis Ababa is on or before 10:00 am (East African Time) 4^th October 2016 (Tuesday).  Please read the RFP and the annexes for detailed requirements and due dates.

Please quote the RFP nr. 9126943 in all your correspondences. Due to the nature of the bid, there will be no bid public opening for this offer. UNICEF reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of any or all bids.
