REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP–S&L-2016–9127075)

OPEN for International and Local firms 

Topic- UNICEF (Ethiopia) wishes to request eligible bidders to participate in a Request for Proposal – to assess  the perceptions and feedback from beneficiaries and service providers of the interventions carried out under the Integrated Nutrition and Social Cash Transfer (IN-SCT) Pilot, in SNNP region (qualitative approach)

Details of the requirements for this bid and eligibility criteria etc can be found in the RFP.

Interested and eligible bidders from local companies are invited to collect the complete bid documents by sending an email to Mrs. Mekdes Woudneh (mwoudneh@unicef.org) or Mr. Deresse Damte (ddamte@unicef.org ).  While sending your request for RFP, please ensure that you specify the RFP number in the subject email, provide the name of the company, contact person, email and mobile number are provided without this information the RFP will not be shared by return email.

RFP can be received starting on Friday 19-Aug-2016.  The due date for submission of proposals to UNICEF Ethiopia Office, Addis Ababa is on or before 10:00 am (East African Time) 9^th September 2016 (Friday).  Please read the RFP and the annexes for detailed requirements and due dates.

Please quote the RFP nr. 9127075 in all your correspondences. Due to the nature of the bid, there will be no bid public opening for this offer. UNICEF reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of any or all bids.
