DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS
The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia hereby seeks an international and established hotel chain with a valid license to provide Cafteria, Restaurant and Bar Services at the United Nations Conference Center (UNCC).
Vendors who express their interest will be invited to participate in a tender through “Request for Proposal” (RFP). This tender will envisage the selection of a single firm to undertake the above-mentioned services within the described specifications that are detailed in the RFP.
UNECA is precluded from entering into a contract with a firm that is not fully registered with United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM). Only those vendors who are registered or provisionally registered or have started their registration process in UNGM will be eligible to receive the solicitation document - RFP. (UNGM web site:- https://www.ungm.org).
Those interested should write to the above-mentioned e-mail address to submit their “Expression of Interest” by the deadline of 1 March 2016.
Vendors interested in participating in the planned solicitation process should complete the Vendor Response Form (http://www.un.org/depts/ptd/pdf/eoi11875.pdf ) of this EOI and fax it or email it to UNECA before the closing date set forth above.
