Lot 1: For the supply, transport and installation of solar submersible pump with full accessories
- Submersible centrifugal pump to supply 10l/s at 200m head directly coupled to 35kW submersible AC motor (400V 3-phase), Solar submersible pump with high-efficiency 3-phase AC motor, frequency = 50Hz, 2.5-inch threaded pump outlet, pump efficiency should be greater or equal to 65%, casing diameter = 6-inch steel, pump position = 48m, borehole depth = 124m.
Lot 2: Material supply, transport, connecting water distribution and transmission lines in Benishangul Gumuz Region, Kamashi Zone, Zaye Woreda, Ayani Kebele
Location of delivery and installation: The solar pump will be installed at Ayani Kebele, Zaye Woreda, Kamashi zone, BG region. Ayani is 15km from Zaye town, Zaye Woreda is 80km from Kamashi zone, Kamashi zone is 280km from Asosa town.
Requirements:
- Renewed Business License in respective area.
- TIN Certification.
- Tax registration certificate.
- Proof of track record in the supply and installation of similar works
- Testimonies of related works
- Meeting requirements/specifications
- Capacity to supply and install full items where requested.
- Bid bond: 2% in the form of CPO.
All Quotations must be presented in English only.
Clarity of specifications and presentation of the bid offer, quality, delivery time, and value-for-money principles will be considered in the evaluation of the bid.
All interested potential vendors are invited in respect of the referenced invitation to tender.
The submitted Quotation could be used as the basis for a contract between your firm/institution and HelpAge International.
