Expression of Interest companies in Scaling Up Egg Powder Production in Ethiopia

UNICEF (Ethiopia) wishes to request eligible bidders to participate in an Expression of Interest (EoI).

Bids must be received by the latest on 04th May2024 @ 10:00 pm- Local Time. 

Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.Proposers can submit bids in person to the UNECA compound or through UNICEF Ethiopia's secured email address: ETH-Supply Tender Box <eth-supplytenderbox@unicef.org>. A bid conference will not be applicable for this bid. 

The last date for accepting inquiries from the bidders is 1st May 2024 at 10:00pm- local time. Proposals submitted in any other way will be invalidated, even if received before the stipulated deadline. 

UNICEF is part of the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM). Accordingly, all proposers are encouraged to become a UNICEF vendor by creating a vendor profile on the UNGM website: www.ungm.org 

The tender is open only for local bidders. You must read all the provisions of the Request for Proposal to ensure that you understand and comply with UNICEF's requirements.

Note that failure to submit compliant bids may result in invalidation of your proposal.

IMPORTANT:

For hard copy bid submissions the UNECA security rules require 36 hours ‘advance notice’ to be given by visitor, therefore please notify the Supply Section by email: supplyaddisababa@unicef.org  providing the full name of the person who will be submitting the bid and the proposed date of arrival. Please ensure that the person coming has a valid Identification card.
