Friendship Support Association (FSA) is a local organization working in the Afar regional state for more than a decade to improve the livelihood of the pastoral communities.
Friendship Support Association (FSA) invites qualified eligible bidders for emergency projects funded by EHF for the rehabilitation of damaged water lines, school blocks, and School Toilets Water points in afar region zone 2 Aba’ala wereda.

Note: requirement
1. Potential bidders/contractors may obtain the tender documents against payment of a non-refundable amount of ETB 200.00 from Friendship Support Association (FSA) Head Office, Addis Ababa from April 17, to April 26, 2024, during working hours (9:00 am -4:30 pm) from the following Address: Friendship Support Association (FSA), Head Office, Addis Ababa, Jemo 3, Buna Meda. Tel: 0913 61 46 03
2. Tenders submitted must accompanied with
- Bid Security in the name of “Friendship Support Association” amounting to 2% of the given price in the form of CPO or bank guarantee (should be submitted with a separate sealed envelope).
- Commercial Registration Certificate, Renewed Business License, Taxpayer Registration Certificate and VAT Registration
- Evidence of past performance on similar works and other relevant credentials.
3. Tenders must submit the bid document to the Friendship Support Association (FSA) head office, Admin by April 26, 2024, Before/at 4:30 pm.
4. Friendship Support Association (FSA) Bid Committee will open tender responses on April 29, 2024, at 3:00 pm in the presence of Bidders’ representatives.
5. FSA reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
