Invitation to Bid

Friendship Support Association (FSA) is a local non-governmental organization working in Afar and the neighboring Regional States. 

Friendship Support Association (FSA) invites interested and eligible suppliers for the procurement of Dairy Goats for SELAM II project in partnership with CARE Ethiopia.

Note: Bidders must submit evidence of service for supplying Dairy Goats in Afar Regional states with similar volumes of tender.

1. Tenders submitted must be accompanied with:

• Renewed business license for the year 2015/2016 E.C. VAT | TIN registration certificate;
• Bid Security in the name of “Friendship Support Association” amounting to 1% of the given price in the form of CPO or bank guarantee (should be submitted with a separate sealed envelope).
• Evidence of past performance on similar works and other relevant credentials:
• Completely filled Price Schedule with separate sealed envelope

2. Tenders must be submitted in two (2) sealed envelopes, bearing the bidder’s official seal, and clearly marked “Original” and “Copy”, and must include the bidders’ name, and contact address, as well as the Tender title.

3. Tenders must submit the bid doc to Friendship Support Association (FSA) head Office Admin Unit on April 25, 2024 before/ on 3:00 PM.

4. Friendship Support Association (FSA) Bid Committee will open tender responses on April 25, 2024 at 4:00 PM at Head Office in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

5. Tenders must submit their price considering the distribution sites at each selected Kebele of Gulina and Ewa Woredas. (Distribution sites are not on Woreda Centers) 

6. Friendship Support Association (FSA) reserves the right to accept or reject this bid, in partial or in Friendship Support Association (FSA), Semera Field Office, Afar
