Call for Suppliers and Contractors by The Organisation of Southern Cooperation
The Organisation of Southern Cooperation (OSC) is an international, inter-governmental Organisation founded by countries across the Global South with its headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. As set out by its Constitutive Charter, the purpose of the OSC is to “contribute to the equitable, just, and prosperous social transformation of societies by promoting balanced and inclusive education, in order to attain the fundamental rights to liberty, justice, dignity, sustainability, social cohesion, and material and immaterial security for the peoples of the world.” The OSC was established, as the instrument to achieve the collective vision of Balanced and Inclusive Education (BIE) for all, on 29 January 2020.
The OSC is hereby calling for applications from suitable companies and individuals to participate in a Supplier registration process for 2024.

This encompasses a range of professional services, including the conduct of studies, surveys, evaluations, editorial services, strategy reviews and development, development of organizational policies and manuals, and review and enhancement of monitoring and evaluation tools and frameworks. It also includes ICT services, particularly those related to website design and hosting, governance and administration consultancies, as well as any other professional consultancy services. |

Interested suppliers are to submit the following:
- Company profiles (indicating the physical address, telephone & fax numbers & valid e-mail addresses),
- Business License
- Clear banking details.
- Clearly defined payment terms and
- at least three (2) trade references with full contact details. (Past experience)
- For IT Services, submit proof of any accreditations either as support centers or solution providers for companies such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, Cisco, APC, etc.
All applications must be labeled Registration of Supplier and Contractors with the Procurement Reference Number, Submission can be made.

Deadline for the submission of applications is 15th January 2024
