Ethiopia is one of the countries that we are working in.
MSF-Spain is hereby seeking for potential and qualified service providers for “Logistics and Medical WareHouse Rent with a storage capacity of an area more than 1200m2 in Addis Ababa” for a firm-fixed-price contract covering next twelve months who are eligible to provide the rental services.
Qualified and interested bidder can take the tender/Bid document without any payment from MSF-Spain Capita Office in Addis Ababa from Monday to Friday during office hours (08:30 AM-12:00 PM and 01:00 PM -04:30 PM), starting from Tuesday 29th of October 2019 till Friday 08th of November, 2019, 10.00 AM. Local Time. The specific office to collect the bid document is from the Logistics Department office. Saturday & Sunday are not included.
The interested rental service providers must submit their bidding documents from Monday to Friday during office hours (08:30 AM-12:00 PM and 01:00 PM-04:30 PM), starting from Tuesday 05th, 2019, till Tuesday, November 12, 2019, 10.00 AM Local Time in a wax-sealed envelope.
The Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders´ representatives who choose to attend on the date specified below. Tender Opening will be done on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at 10.30 AM. (in the morning)
