REQUIREMENTS

1.      Ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the Procurement of Construction of 3B+G+11 Regional Office Building at Adama (RFQ 4072579). The Tender remains floating from November 8,2021 to December 01,2021.

Bid documents can be obtained from ethio telecom’s Head Office, Room No. 201B during office hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Birr One hundred only).

2.      Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the Requirements stated here below:

a)   Availability of bid security with an amount of ETB 500,000.00(Birr Five Hundred Thousand)

b)   Availability of Letter of Authorization to sign the bid offers.

c)   Bidders should submit valid trade license, VAT registration certificate and tax clearance.

d)   Bidders should submit compliance statement and anti-bribery plague forms along with bid submission sheet.

e)   Certificate of competence GC/BC Grade 1 and above endorsed by Ministry of Construction or respective region.

2.1           The bid bond shall be furnished in the format specified in the bid document

3.      Sealed bids marked as: “Tender for the Procurement of Construction of 3B+G+l1 Regional Office Building at Adama (RFQ 4072579) and be addressed to:

4.      Bid proposal will be received at ethio telecom, Head Quarter 2^nd Floor, Room   No. 211B, before or on December 01,2021 until 3:00 pm(afternoon) Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted.

5.      Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on December 01,2021 until 3:30 pm (Afternoon), at ethio telecom, Head Quarter 2^nd Floor, Room No.210.  

6.      Partial bid is not allowed

7.      No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the bidding document that she/he acquired to participate under this invitation.

8.      Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in this bidding document.

9.      Ethio telecom reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
