Marriott International in association with Sunshine Business had inaugurated on September 30, 2015, the first Marriott Executive Apartments in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Alex Kyriakidis, President and Managing Director Marriott International Middle East and Africa said: “We are extremely proud to open the first Marriott Executive Apartments in Ethiopia in partnership with Sunshine Business.”

The Marriott Executive Apartments in Addis Ababa will have 108 fully serviced apartments including, elegant one or two-bedrooms, the Penthouse Presidential Suite, each with fully-equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV together with services like housekeeping, grocery shopping and room service.

It will also have different meeting rooms for business travelers and 160 square meters of event space.

Samuel Tafese, Sunshine Business President and Owner, on his part said: “We are pleased to announce the opening of Ethiopia’s first Marriott-branded property.”
