Metals and Engineering Corporation (METEC) inaugurated Construction Machinery Assembly and Manufacturing Factory on May 19, 2015 at Debre Berhan Town, Ethiopian Herald reported.

Industry General Manager Major Kahsay Kahshn of METEC said at the inauguration ceremony, Debre Berhan Construction Machinery Industry is aimed at supporting the construction sector.

Kahsay said the Industry has created job opportunities for thousands of people in Debre Berhan and is going to save millions of foreign currency.
