Senior Omani trade delegation is to explore new business and investment opportunities in Ethiopia, trade Arabia news service, reported.

The two-day visit to Addis Ababa is led by Ithraa’s chairman, Dr.Salem Ben Nasser Al Ismaily. Series of meetings is set with key Ethiopian business and government officials to boost bilateral trade relations between the two countries.

Ethiopian fast growing economy is attracting Omani firms to do more business in sub-Saharan Africa.
Ethiopia’s gross domestic product has grown an average of 9.1 percent over the last 10 years, making it Africa’s second fastest growing economy and the sixth fastest economy in the world.

Ithraa is advantageous to Omani businesses because it secures commercial opportunities in Africa and around the world via trade missions, exhibitions and B2B meetings.
