Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Association’s 10th general assembly meeting has been suspended by the Federal First Instance Court. The meeting was scheduled for the coming Thursday, December 25, 2014.

The decision was rendered after United Insurance Company S.C. (UNIC) requested an execution to previous judgment which annulled the ninth general assembly of the Chamber.

The ninth general assembly itself along with decisions made that day was challenged by UNIC for the Chamber suspended UNIC’s representative, Zafu Eyesuswork, from attending.

The presiding judge, Sintayehu Zeleke, suspended the meeting until Monday, December 29, 2014, the next court session.
