National Network of Positive Women Ethiopians (NNPWE). is an umbrella organization of 22 positive women associations operating in all regions of Ethiopia. The overarching goal of the Network is to make a genuine contribution to mitigate the multifaceted effects of HIV/AIDS through greater and meaningful involvement of women living with HIV/AIDS and their associations.
1. Collect & Document cases/stories of gender based violence survivals
National Network of positive women Ethiopia is currently implementing a project titled "Empowering HIV Positive Women and Their Associations" This project is supported by Action Aid Ethiopia and has three major activities
planned to be implemented .One of these activities is to collect cases/stories of gender based violence survivals from all over the country, publish a handbook and distribute in order to aware the general public and policy makers about the severity of the problem to enable them take a collective action. There for NNPWE is looking for. a consultant firm capable of identifying and collecting cases of gender based violence survivals from all regions of Ethiopia and produce a case book which is ready for printing.
Minimum requirements
.Renewed and legal license
.The consultant team should have a composition of two or three individuals with social science background, such as journalism and communication, and English language or related fields with at least 2 years of work experience relevant to the work.
.The team should have one lead consultant, and middle level experts at least BA holders for data collection and transcription.
.Previous experience in undertaking similar or related works would be an asset.

2. Study on sexual reproductive health and PMTCT
service needs of HIV positive women
National Network of Positive Ethiopia is the sub recipient global fund round 7 through NEP+ .One of major objectives of this fund is advocacy and networking of HIV affected group which NNPWE is assigned to implement. Under this
objective NNPWE is planning to conduct a study on sexual reproductive health and PMTCT service needs of HIV positive women in Addis Ababa and Adama towns .In order to source out this activity NNPWE looking for competent consultant firms capable of undertaking this study.
Minimum requirement
.Renewed and legal license
.The team of the consultant firm should have BA or above with a
combination of professions in public health, sociology or other related social sciences fields relevant to the study with minimum work experience of 4 years or above.
.The firm should also have previous experience in undertaking-similar or related studies.
