Legal status: The organization has a legal working certificate from the federal government as well as from regional states. (Main working license obtained from Addis Ababa Trade and Industry Bureau).

Established with the mission of providing up-to-date technical support to the development of the human element in the country, Fountain International PLC has been playing a vital role in reducing the management overhead that would have been spent in recruitment activity, hiring, conflict resolution, and figuring out benefit packages. Fountain assists organizations by taking over non-core business activities. We play a significant role by supplying professional, semi-professional and skilled manpower to organizations in various sectors.

Fountain International has played a great role in the provision of cleaning services, security services, and gardening services for government organizations, the private sector, international NGOs and UN agencies. It also gives advisory service in matters related to human resource management and labor relations. With regard to the provision of human resource supply and administration, Fountain International Trading has got 10 solid years of ample experience.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Since its establishment, Fountain International has been bent on building a strong management team to guide its growth. The General Manager has a BA degree with an experience of over 10 years in the private sector which has exposed him to a lot for managing a workforce.

The operations manager has more experience in managing projects of clients' different services. The company's legal advisor has LLB in law with extensive experience in dealing with labor courts.

The area supervisor has got ample experience in security, cleaning, human resource, and landscaping service.

COMPETENCIES

We have been involved in the manpower supply and administration business with the specific skills and educational background required. For our workers as well, we aspire to be the most conducive place to work in. We have a pension contribution fund, insurance, and medical coverage for all our staff, in addition to a fast payment system for our employees.

We have a very intensive training scheme which helps our staff to cope up with new systems, equipping them with the skills, experience and threat recognition the time requires.

We have close linkage with government office employees especially the police force and we are dedicated to supervision.

Fountain International Trading believes that the most valuable resource of the company is its human resource. Currently, we have 34 permanent staff members and more than 2,000 contract employees.

Our main office, endowed with all the necessary working facilities, is located on our own premise at Yeka sub-city, Woreda 5, House number 360. We have branch offices in Gambella, Adama (Nazareth), Dessie, Kombolcha, Bahir-Dar, Mekelle and Somali region.
